Opportunity cost too high
Expected rate of return too low
At least need to enjoy the process of it
Too cold
So much of the bonding. Ha!
A best friend that snaps at you at every turn

I'm losing it.
Thinking of moving on...

Now crazy with Christopher Pike's books.
Have some of his books that my sis bought many years ago.
Having no book at hand, I took them out to read.... again. (Read them before, very long time ago.)
Found them very nice and abit addicted to it.
Search library catalog and found only bits of it.
Too old, mostly published more than 10-plus years ago.
Remember coming across his books at Bras Basah by chance, when going to bugis with Shiwen.
Went back to get those 2nd-hand books. Exactly one week later.
Hunted shop by shop.
Bought 10 books at $1 each.
Cool.
These books must be counted as unwanted and the shops can't wait to get rid of them to put new books. XDDD
Planning to go back for more... =)

Exactly not a buy-book kinda person. Because normally, I only read it once and never read it again unless a few years have passed and I forgot what the story was about. But since it's so cheap and LIBRARY totally lost those books... Reserving books cost $1.50 per book. XDDDDDDDDDD

Those books are really old lah. But they are in good condition but just abit of yellowish. The one I am reading now (The Wicked Heart) was published in 1993.
LOL!!!!! Those characters don't own handphones but have computer and emails.XD
This author has not been very active now. But his books were rather popular last time. Mainly mystery stories for teens.

Sorry to bore you with books!! Especially with the super-outdated ones........

It's good to have friends..

But it sucks when friend describes you as 'liddat lor' to others on his/her birthday. Esp. for long friendship.
It sucks when friend laugh at you like you are a joke when it's the time you need encouragement from him/her.
It sucks when friend stares angrily at you because you don't have nice clothes in your wardrobe. Esp. when you are already close to tear.
It sucks when he/she keeps complaining about what his/her friends did when he himself/she herself is so insensitive to others.
It sucks when he/she keeps snapping and snapping at everything you do or say.

It's good to have capable friends.
But it's better to have caring friends.
