Ya, I am not working and I am rotting at home most of the holiday. Everyday is youtube-ing kpop and nothing else. I dun even watch TV now, really, not even one hour for a week. Today, I really got nothing to do, so... blog, blog, blog...

Monday, 4/9 of copyri9hts went for a Singapore Hawker Food Hunt! We ate 7 dishes of quite popular food that always appeared in magazines and newspapers, to see whether they are actually up to their names. And some really dun... =X

First stop, THE CHINATOWN..
To be frank, I have never been to Chinatown since I am young, about 7, 8 years or even more. As a MRT idiot, I just followed Copyri9hts blindly where to alight and change lines. As we alighted at "I dunno where" and changed to the purple line, the guys (kaijing and ebenzer) rushed into the "going to depart" train and the door closed, leaving Prissy and I behind!!! O.o Thank alot! And so when we reached Chinatown, we went to the People's Park Hawker Centre.

CHINATOWN! (Ebenzer can't take photos for nut! =.=)

Like tourists.

Ebenzer said this is called the "guo tie, 锅贴". For Singaporeans who have no knowledge or to lazy to find out like me, will just called this as "fried dumplings". Okay, you can see that they looked like burnt and looked unappealing, they tasted quite nice. For a person who dun really like to eat dumplings, I will give 3.5 of out 5 stars.

I believe everyone knows what is this. The Fried Oyster! It looked kinda too oily. And to be frank, my house near-by coffee shop sells better fried oyster. Their flour is too much and the eggs is too little and the oil is too free much too. Personally, I will only give 2 out of 5 stars. (1 star is non-edible, 2 stars is edible, if you get what I mean.)

We looked so happy, eating our 1st and 2nd dishes. Yummy!

Leaving nothing behind! Unless, you want to count the sauce...

Many elders gathered there to watch some fortune telling thingy.

Moving on to our next destination!

2nd Stop, we proceeded to... another hawker center.. hmm.. beside Block 536 which first 2 levels sell food, 3rd and maybe even the 4th have shops which only oldies will patronise now. Sorry, I seriously dunno what that hawker centre called and tried finding about it online but.. Anyway, it's the Hawker Centre beside Block 536!

The location of "Hawker Centre beside Block 536".

LOL! I ran away when I saw the poses they going to pose. =X

The food we were going to eat, proved to be a very popular one! Such a long quene!

As the guys went to buy the food, we girls sat down to "chopped" seats. And after seeing a Sugar cane and Soya Bean Drinks stall right beside us, we cannot resist to buy a bowl of soya beancurd and a cup of sugar cane. And I want to praise the Sugar cane and Soya Bean Drinks seller! Knowing that we were sharing a bowl of beancurb, she came and put another spoon into our bowl. So kind!!! Some sellers, if you asked for extra utensils, they will say, " Only 50 cents, buy another bowl lah!" Thank alot! I will give her 5 Stars! =D

Yum! Yum!

Whoa! Shiok!

The guys were back. Here's the Curry Noodle. It looked quite very spicy but I think it's not, even though Kaijing claimed that that it was. The chicken was tender, the gravy was thick! But I still think it's not good to eat it frequently as it's heaty and fattening AND pimples-causing! LOL! I will give 4.5 stars!

A spoonful of noodle!

Kaijing playing with his chopsticks.

Testing the gravy.

GOOD!

And off we go to the next destination. Seriously, we don't really know the way. And using the same books which both Ebenzer and Prissy coincidently have brought with them which provide a very un-detailed map, we made our ways to Lau Pa Sat!!!

The distance to Lao Pa Sat is damn long but we have lots of fun, walking there as we took pics, chit chat and shouted at each others. HAHA!

Ebenzer seemed to say, "Come, follow me!"

You see the oldie is shorter than me. But he can carry such a heavy load! WHOA! Our forefathers are so cool!

Back to retro days. Swirling starcase, we were so fascinating by it as we never stepped on one before!

4 stories high. Whoa! If you fall at 4th story, you will end at one the next second. SO COOL!

We passed by a "museum".

What's inside?

一路顺风 means Bon Voyage. Ebenzer, where you going?

Traditional rooftop with modern tall buildings. WHOA!

"It's full (Raining just now)," I said. Ebenzer replied, "WHAT?! FULL LIAO?! Then how we going to take photos later?" "I am saying the bucket lah, not the camera lah! =.= " I shouted back.

Stepped over. Not step on. Remember.

A furnace? HAHA!

I didnt manage to take one with Ebenzer's head in the hole. Wasted!

Men shen 门神 means gods that guard doors. Our heroes!

The front of the "museum".

Bank of China was almost closed down during merger times as it is said to fund communists who were fighting somewhere in malaysia. HAHA! I still remember my social studies!

Is there our destination? *Unbelievable* Ebenzer really know how to lead the way.

Ya, confirmed is the Lau Pa Sat!

3rd Stop, Lau Pa Sat

Buying food...

Rojak! Actually, it tasted like normal Rojak and looked normal too. 3 stars!

Exactly Kaijing dun like to eat Rojak. HAHA!

Prissy enjoying Rojak, Ebenzer already thinking wad to eat later.

Here "gone" the Rojak!

Ice Kachang! Tasted normal too. But after such a long walk in the hot day. This definitely refreshing! 3.5 Stars!

ATTACK! ARRRRRR!

Obviously, Prissy liked the Ice Kachang!

Socks! HAHA! Actually, there is a long story behind Ebenzer's socks. Ask him if you want to know! HAHAHA!

Finished the Ice Kachang! GOOD!

As we left the Lau Pa Sat, there was a Satay display and WE BECAME THE SATAY MEN! (except there was no satay! =X) (See Ebenzer! HAHA!)

As we made our journey to a MRT station, (seriously, we dunno where is the MRT station.) we took some photos.

As we walked...

As we walked... ...

As we walked stopped to take a photo...

As we walked... Hey, Hey, STOP! Sia lah.. Why this building looks so familiar?

The SYF place! WhoA.. We have great memories there!

Let take a photo with it!

Finally, reaching the MRT.. Which ways arh?

"No people. Faster, faster, take some pics! YA, pose abit!"

'Artistic abit, Okay, okay!"

In the MRT! 1st shoot, SMILE!

2nd, RANDOM!

3rd, "Dao"!

Kaijing said it looked like it opened by loansharks. The signboard!!

4th Stop, Golden Mile Food Centre!
We kinda forgot how to walk to the food centre from the MRT Station, even though we have went there before. I dun mean the time we went there to buy our band uniform stuffs, THAT WAS LIKE 4 YEARS AGO! I really meant went there ourselves. But still, We still managed to find the place, THERE"S NOTHING WE CANNOT CONQUER!

=.= What the..? Cant they at least hire someone to trim the trees? In case you cannot see, it says, "Golden Mile Food Centre".

Belgian waffles! The waffles tasted like Gelare's. And with the chocolate, it really tasted great! Not too sweet, not too bitter. A great dessert! But it kinda expensive for some flour and some melt coco. I rather go to eat Gelare on Tuesday (coz it's half priced on Tues), it's ice cream somemore. Haha! Okay lah, 4 Stars!

Bite in small amount!

Put everything in his mouth. O.O

Prissy ready to put everything in her mouth!

Less than 5 min, all gone! Even the Chocolate!

Tang yuan 汤圆 means glutinous rice balls ( I went to ask Lois what's 汤圆 in english! XDD) We ordered 2 peanuts and 2 black sesame balls in peanut soup. and ended up only I want sesame one. =.= And ended up, Ebenzer unwillingly ate the sesame one. Just like normal instant glutinous rice balls you can buy from supermarkets and boil it yourself. But it still tasty. I give 3.5 stars!

Black Sesame fill. Yum!

The Black Sesame!

The peanut!

The peanut kinda flowed out!

Satisfied Prissy with her peanut riceball.

Roasted Pork Rice.. Just like normal Roasted Pork, tasted like normal rice. HAHA! 3Stars!

Blurred view of close-up spoon of meat and rice. Rather no use of taking it close-up arh!?

So were so hungry that not a single grain of rice was left!

Ebenzer and Kaijing were so fascinated by the sign! HAHA!

End of the day, as we decided to go home. We "hanged" for awhile at the playground near the MRT.

Kaijing looked like so happy, maybe he got lousy childhood..

As we took the train home, someone came up with a idea. "Go airport lah!" So we ended up at the airport.

Sat there, waiting for the time to pass. So to have dinner at Popeye.

Here we went to explore Changi Airport T3. Although, I went to T3 quite alot of times, this was my first time, I went with Copyri9hts! After eating, we still went to sat down and chit chat! What a day!

I know you all will finish reading like less than 5 mins? But do you know I took an entire day, from the time I online till now to upload all this photos and wrote all this captions and switching to "preview" back and fro. Almost 12 hours!!?!? ( Okay lah, including breaks and other stuffs!) Blogging is a tiring stuff, that's why, I rarely posted photos of outings or what. Gosh! I now then realised the photos I uploaded are abit too small! Make the effort to click to view it in bigger forms, then you will just spend more time here, so as to compensate my effort. =X

Oh ya, remember to tag also, it seems like my blog is like a "who cares?" blog. Prove your presence by leaving a tag. Even though, you have nothing to tag, just write, "_______ is/was here!" , I also happy! haha! okay, sleeping time~ Oh my.. Why it started to rain at this hour?
