Kindness is always being exploited. One day, Kindness will vanish from this world because people take it for granted.

The world is funny. If a person refused to help someone, they say that he/she is selfish. But what about those who keep asking people to help, you think you are better person than those who never help?

I am not saying that people shouldnt ask one another to help. I just think that people sometimes are so used to getting help that they think people are supposed to help them because they asked for it. And the people who refuses to help will be condemned.

I am not saying I am a good example. I have always asked people to help me and taken them for granted and was angry when people refused to help me. That's why I reflected on myself and came out with this 'philosophy'.

And dont you agree with me? Sometimes, you helped someone is because you don't want others to think you are selfish and stingy? And have helped without feeling good yourself or have the feeling that you have no choice?

And sometimes, after helping a person, the 'thank you' you get back from that person seems to be just because he/she has manners, not because they have heart-felt gratitude for helping them. Don't you think so? You may argue that helping people in the first place is not asking for anything in return. But dun you think that helping people who appreciated and treated it with gratitude brings more satisfaction to you?

This 'philosophy' makes me think of a proverb, 'a friend in need is a friend indeed'. What do you think? A person who helps when you are in need is a friend? Or a person is a friend when you need his/her help?

I dunno. Sometimes, I am in dilemma whether to help or not. I have the capability to help but I dun like the way how the person asked for help from me, as if I am SUPPOSED to help him/her. I get so fed up, I would end up helping but I felt like I have compromised my own principles.
One incident was I have helped a person and yet that person still asked for more complete one. ( I just re-read the chat log. And I got kinda angry now again. LOL!)

Talking about 'angry' makes me think of another incident that happened more recently. Not something that do with helping or sort. But just something that makes me angry. But since that guy involved is not even counted as an acquaintance (I dun even know his name) to me, I will say it in details. I have told this to alot of people who ever want to listen, already... XDDDDD Dont mind I re-tell the story again?

As you know I am in U-arts class and we are to make face masks in class. Then I was helping my friend to make her mask on her face. And there was a group of people who were not doing because they did not prepare the materials required and was observing those people who were making.

Then there was this stupid, fat, smart-alec and 'wadever-you-can-think-of' guy commented that my fingers were too stiff and doing a bad job of the mask. But I just passed off the comment with a smile. Then after a few minutes, this f**ker was looking closely at my friend's face (mask covered) and commented the same thing again. (STRAIGHT INTO MY EAR BECAUSE WE WERE SO NEAR.) I got so angry that I sweared my fingers started to tremble in anger. And I said to him back, 'you go do lah, if you can do better then you comment on people.'

The whole class went silent, even our tutor dun dare to say anything. But after awhile, the awkward silence is gone after that f**ker stepped far away and dun dare to come near me.

My logic is this: If you are experienced in the area, I dun mind criticism from you. But you have not even try it in the first place and if your fat fingers can do a wave like my fingers can do, you better keep your mouth shut. I take pride in my work and I take MORE pride for MY FINGERS BECAUSE THEY CAN DO THINGS MANY CAN'T, ESPECIALLY ON FLEXIBILY. DUN EVEN MENTION 'STIFF' THIS WORD IN MY FACE, YOU STUPID FAT ASS..... BECAUSE THE ONLY THING THAT CAN DO WAVES IS YOUR FAT....

And other logic is: Don't saying stuffs like this before you even try it because if your work came out to be a crap, you are embarrassing yourself. Dun you even know this simple, 3 years old-would-know logic?? I was just teaching you what your mom should have taught you.

I dun mind if he said which part I have not done well. For example, 'this part like not smooth enough' is totally okay with me. But he was just 'pin-pointing' on my fingers. And frankly speaking, I dunno what made him says that my fingers are stiff.

And his mosaic arts, he asked his friend to help him to mix the paint colours lor, so smart why need your friend help??! People buy colour papers to cut and paste, he went to paint the paper to get the colour he wants. What the hell is this? If can like that, I just paste white paper and paint across lah! Think your arts very nice arh, do it yourself first, I think you only do the buying materials and pasting nia!! His one piece of cutting can have 2,3 colours. Tell me this is mosaic, my ass arh!!! Then what for we buy so many different colours of papers? Just enlarge the original picture and print it lah, then cut small small and paste.... FUN FAIR ARH!

Thank god, he never argue back with me because I seriously will fight with him at that moment. Count you smart for that second, I tell you. Know where you stepping next time...f**ker...

Catching up with my school work now, finally got time for it..

1) HRM
OH MY GOD! I dun have the "enthu" I had for PBL 1 anymore, I just got the feeling that this PBL will not be doing very well.

2) U-arts - Mask Painting and Arts History Presentation.
Occupied more time than my exact studies. I dun remember spending SOOO much time for a 'module' before. Ass lah, just kill me...

3)MBS Project
Not even finished typing enough data for the tables. Can you believe what's more left? Hell off...

Harry Potter is out. I still remember it was supposed to be out last year. So I went to make an effort to re-read the series. But I stopped half-way on the 5th book. Haha. I still remember I was working at Taka at that time so I was actually reading on the way to and fro from Taka. The last book I bought more than a year ago is still unwrapped in my cabinet. Haha. I still remember it was during my secondary 4, the last book came out so I went asking my friends who pre-ordered it to "reserved" for borrowing. (Like library books, if you want some books but they are always borrowed, you need to "reserve" it.) I cried when reading the last book. Haha.. the Snape dying part.. Oh my, I just recalled the story as I was writting this post and the 'sadness' came back.. Serious. The scene of Snape dying came back... The staring into Harry's eyes part... The love of him towards ******... (People who read will know what and who am I talking about, those who never read it, I won't 'spoil' you.. XD )

I think I am going to watch with Copyri9hts. But the date and time is so hard to compromise everyone.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I offically come out with a nickname for myself. Actually, it sounds like Q.L. , the initials of my name. It is spelled as 'Quel'. How I get this name is not as simple as because it is my initials, that's all. It goes like this:
People keep calling me "Quek" which I think it sounds so old because it's what people called my dad, "Ah Quek" or "Quek".
So I just got the idea of removing the 'K' from the 'Quek', so it becomes 'Que' which just nice pronounced as "Q". So I thought of stopping at "Que" because there are some people called me QQ also. (Alot those weird names lah, got 'Quek Quek' also.. =.=)
But then since, it is already sounds like "Q", why not just add another "L" to it. So it become "Quel".
And somemore, my sister named herself as 'Jael' which is pronounced as 'Jae-L.' (No, her initials is not J.L. but if use her initials will sound like "Siao"... XD ) So it kinda cool to be 'Quel' right. My sister is 'Jael' and I am 'Quel'. LOL!
Then I thought of my brother whose friends usually called him 'J.K'. So it pronounced as 'Jae-K', just a letter different from my sister's name. haha. But it can be Jae-kay or Jae-kae too lah. hahha.
