Wow, back to school. Can't say I really look forward for school (not vacation either, because it means more part-time). First lecture class already makes me wonder why I am in this course again, super don't interest me at all. Super makes me think am I at the right track. Haha, but I already like the 3rd year into it, just going to brace myself and bang straight into it uh.. Since already 'wrong' liao, just 'wrong' all the way lor. Life totally sucks, maybe I should just work at Yamakawa long-term for good. (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...........) XD

Stocks, investments.. seriously don't interest me. Down-to-earth person like me works with bare hands.

I like science lei.

Junsu and his brother are coming to Singapore in May because his brother is debuting as a singer. Junsu is a guest to his debuting showcase. Really wanna see Junsu in person but the showcase ticket is so expensive. It is totally daylight robbery, totally unethical. Just because Junsu is already a well-known artiste, it kinda makes his brother so prized. So this is a family business, uh?

Totally sucks, this world..

Oh, last Sunday, someone vomited in the store I was working. The store was very busy at that time, I seriously going to faint out of exhaustion and frustration. Thank god, I no need to clean up the mess, if not, I think I will really faint.

Have been working like a slave for the whole vacation. From what I can recall, there is only 1 day that I had stayed at home, without activity at all (but I went to library to borrow or return books, but that's not counted as activity). Working is great lah, not wasting time and got money somemore. But just abit tiring.

Once again, I proved that things suck, everything...

11:46 pm

Haha, busy with working for the past month. Super workahoholic!! I have been working for 12 days straight, and tomorrow, the last day of the chain, 13th day! It's extremely tiring, considering some days I worked more than 8 hours!!

Even my temper is rising as the time goes, especially encountering several rude customers, feeling like bashing them as I was talking to them politely, can't afford to lose this job. XD

The worst customers you can ever have are those AUNTIES. They like to throw and toss their money as if they think that they got money, they VERY BIG.. They talk like as if people owes them money. That totally explains why their kids behave like monkeys in public because they are so ill-bred. Totally makes my blood boils now just to think about it. *four-letter word censored*

Encounter #1 (today) (ARGH!! *TOOT* *TOOT* *TOOT*!!)

Auntie with a bundle of ill-bred kids: Do you have ___'blah-blah' product___?
Me: No..
Auntie with monkeys: What NO??? YES!
Me: *stunned* O.O ( Totally feel like slapping her.) Huh?
Auntie with 'whatever-you can-call-them': You all have it last time, but now, dun have already... You worked here not long enough lah.
Me: Oh, okay..

Why bother asking when you dun want to accept the answer I gave OR have the answer in the first place? Totally feel like slapping her and kick her ass.

Totally hate those aunties who can't even teach their kids how to behave, and then try to correct us, as if they know the products more than we do.

I was really not expecting the 'What NO?? YES!' that I was shocked with dismay that I just, 'huh??'. The 'What NO?? YES!!' is totally rude, can? I wonder how can a person talk like that to a stranger lei, seriously? F**king feel like slapping her face for that.

Encounter #2 (A few days back)

This one I really almost, REALLY ALMOST lose my temper. I kept telling myself, "don't, don't, doesn't worth losing my job on this." LOL..!~

Some background info, Yamakawa only accepts NETS with purchase above $20. So I got this jiao-lang auntie customer who doesn't BRING cash and wanna buy something at $4. After telling her about the NETS thing, she unhappily went to grab more things to make up to $20. She came back with more stuffs, and with some mental calculation on my part, I told her that it was not enough.

Auntie who cannot count even with her fingers: PLUS THIS ONE LEI!! *Point to the $4 thing she left at the counter*
Me: (Dun bother replying and scanned the items to let her see the total sum) ..*Point at the display screen* Not enough.

She then angrily grabbed more things and, threw them and her 'WOW-BIG-F**K' ATM Card on the counter. F**king pissed me off, but I still treated her politely, hoping to piss her off in return. XDDD

Don't buy if you not happy lah, is not that we dun earn your that $4 we will die.. But obviously, you need the $4 stuff right, if not why so 'mian qiang', force yourself to buy other things... pride-less but act like big-f**k auntie.

The most courteous customers are not the Japanese but the ang-mohs. They will smile and thank nicely in return. Totally made my day when I served them.

Japanese, you may think they are should be the most well-mannered one, but they actually are not very courteous (maybe because it's Singapore, they dun bother to be).

Singaporeans arh.. Hai, seriously.. Throwing or tossing money!!! Every 3 out of 10 customers. Although we are earning because you buy from us, doesn't mean that we are at your liberty and that, you can do what you want. We are not beggars, you get the goods we sold in return, we dun owe you anything.

And also talking rudely as well, totally abuse the 'Customers are always right". Just becuase we can't talk back and they think they big-f**k and use it to their advantages. I totally wish that I can recognise them on the streets one day and deliberately step on their toes.

Dun come and 'customer service' me when you, the customer, are acting like BARBARIANS. BARBARIANS dun deserve good customer service, or any customer service at all.

Sorry for all the swearing. Because having to experiencing all this and not expressing it straightway back into their faces, the fury inside me just keep storing, accumulating and swelling. Only swearings can truly express and describle the indignation I am feeling right now.
