I think people will think I am strange to be blogging about this. It's not that I am interested in getting a tattoo! It's just that Lois showed me a fan-made video of DBSK's Jaejoong and it mentioned about Jaejoong's tattoo. Even though I have seen the photos of his tattoo but I can't figure out what is the wordings and I didn't bother to research on it. And when Lois showed me the video, it shows the wordings of the tattoo. And I really like the sentences carved on his back. How meaningful it is. And of course, being a curious and over-bored freak with nothing to do on hand, I researched on it and found other korean artists with wordings tattoos (not picture tattoo).

The meaning of a sentence carved on a person tells alot about the person. So if you spotted any on the road or some of your friends got one, intrepret it! Maybe it can help you can score well for your essays or humanities like social studies! XD

TVFXQ is the an acronym for Tong Vfang Xien Qi, Dong Bang Shin Ki in Chinese. Yes, he tattoo-ed his group name on his back. How brave.
But I think if he tattoo DBSK/TVXQ in chinese, 東方神起, wouldn't it be more cool? And 東方神起 is more recognised than TVXQ and even more than TVFXQ.

Oh, there is a chinese saying that is about the same line as this, '建自己的快乐在别人痛苦上' meaning creating your own happiness out of others' misfortunes, though this is not about the rich and the poor.

I researched on Henry Giles and I only got to know about him is he is an American (English-born) clergyman and lecturer (1809 - 1882). Perhaps, a mere nobody but able to speak good words!

Actions are more prection than words.


If you realise there is something wrong with one of the words, you are right. The word, 'prection' is supposed to be 'precious'. What kind of mistake has the tattoo artist made!? How unprofessional! I bet that the tatto artist and Kangin and the photographer and the people who saw the tattoo never realise it due to their poor command of English. When the photos is post online, people starts to o.o? then O.O!!

How can a person just quote a quote from somewhere and didn't bother to even check the spelling when quoting! Making such mistakes make you regret for life! Can you imagine people walking behind you trying to hold back their laughter all the time?

It has the meaning of being successful or rise to fame very fast but die at a young age.

I hope he is not implying that the sentence on himself! He's wishing to die at the peak of his career, at a young age? Oh, you can see that his tattoo is still swollen in the photo. How painful!

I remember we also like to say something about the same meaning in chinese, especially when mentioning on Teresa Teng. She dies at the age of 42 (it still counted as young, compared to the average life expectancy) and she was already very famous at a young age, probably at the age of 15. (Reading her biography at Wiki makes me think of BoA. =X Their career journeys are so similar! )
