Yesterday went jogging for about 30 mins at a tortoise speed. I am now aching all over. Actually, I went jogging because I felt my limbs was feeling restless and abit short of breath after resting and lying down too much. Even standing up from a sitting or a lying position is very tiring. SO I WENT JOGGING! And ended up, more aching... Not that I am complaining, it rather freshening after jogging but.. the next day.. everything just came crashing down. My thighs ached like hell. I think I will go jogging once or twice again before going back to school. Best if it helps losing some weight. I keep eating junk, oh my god! Haha!
